This explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data relating to (a) businesses and individuals who enquire about our services, and (b) homeowners whose details we collect through our marketing campaigns and introduce to our client companies.

• From business enquiries: name, company, email, phone number, and any details you include in your message.
• From homeowners (via our campaigns): name, contact details, address/postcode, property information, and their expressed interest in solar or home-improvement products, collected with their consent.

• Directly from you when you complete a form or contact us.
• From homeowners who respond to our consent-based social media advertising or who agree to be contacted during telemarketing campaigns.

• To respond to and manage business enquiries — legitimate interests.
• To generate, qualify and arrange appointments, and to introduce qualified homeowners to our client companies — consent (of the homeowner) and legitimate interests (of the businesses involved).
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations — legal obligation.

Where we rely on consent, individuals may withdraw it at any time.

• Client companies: where a homeowner has consented to be contacted about solar or home-improvement products, we pass their relevant details to the client company that will attend the appointment.
• Service providers: we may use third-party tools (e.g. website hosting, advertising platforms, CRM/communication tools) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

We do not sell personal data for unrelated purposes, and we never resell the same homeowner appointment to multiple companies.

Where we carry out telephone marketing, we screen against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and respect do-not-call requests, in line with PECR and UK GDPR.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
